Dealer Termination of DTF Superstore

Mimaki USA Inc. has terminated dealership rights and discontinued business with DTF Superstore, effective March 17, 2025. This action was not made in haste but was unfortunately necessary.
 
We understand that transitioning to a new dealer for consumables and service can be difficult, and we are working to ensure your migration is supported and seamless. We want to also assure you that this change will have no impact on the terms of the product warranty or, for products no longer under a manufacturer’s warranty, access to service. For warranty, ongoing service, and consumables we recommend the following value-added dealers:

DTF Superstore (DTFSS) Dealer Termination FAQ:
 
What is the status of DTFSS as a dealer?
As of March 17, 2025, Mimaki USA Inc. has terminated dealership rights and discontinued business with DTF Superstore.
 
Can DTFSS still sell Mimaki products?
No, as of the dealership termination notice DTFSS can no longer sell, service or support Mimaki products. This includes ink consumables. Customers should be directed to another authorized Mimaki dealer for ink and support.
 
What about servicing for printers they have sold?
DTFSS no longer has access to Mimaki original parts or inks. Therefore, they cannot provide service or support for customers under an original factory warranty, extended service contract or for customers no longer covered by a service plan. All customers should contact Mimaki USA call center, visit MimakiUSA.com or contact an authorized dealer from the list above.
 
Why was DTF Superstore deauthorized as a Mimaki reseller?
This action was not made in haste but, unfortunately, due to ongoing support and supply delays attributed to DTFSS financial constraints, Mimaki end users had reported multiple instances of poor customer service. Therefore, it was necessary to take action to remove DTF Superstore as a dealer. Mimaki USA has determined that it is in the best interest of our end users to provide them with an alternative dealer for technical support and consumables. A list of preferred dealers by region has been provided.
 
Will end users who purchased Mimaki products from DTF Superstore still be able to obtain service?
