Mimaki Eco-solvent and UV-curable inks are now compatible with the 3M™ MCS™ Warranty. Customers will be able to receive the 3M™ MCS™ Warranty Program certification – the most comprehensive warranty in the graphics industry – with JV/CJV330 series and JV/CJV200 series printers combined with SS22, SS21, or BS4 inks, which boast the best weather resistance in the industry, along the UCJV330 Series printers, using LUS-200, LUS-170, or LUS-175 inks, that deliver high stretchability and excellent conformability especially on curved surfaces.

The 3M™ MCS™ Warranty Program is a system that includes a combination of components - Mimaki JV/CJV330 Series printers, SS21 (including Orange) or BS4 inks, 3M™ graphic films & laminate, and a 3M™ certified installer. This system provides peace of mind for the production of long-lasting weatherproof graphics.

This 3M™ MCS™ Program provides up to 5 years of warranty (Zone 2) when using Mimaki JV/CJV330 printers and genuine Mimaki SS21 or BS4 inks on approved 3M™ graphic films and laminates and installed by a 3M™ certified professional.

Customers will be able to receive the 3M™ MCS™ Warranty Program certification – the most comprehensive warranty in the graphics industry – with our inks and printers, that boast the best weather resistance in the industry.

The Mimaki Total Care warranty covers any defects in material and workmanship arising from the normal use of the product. Mimaki Total Care includes priority phone support and on-site services with labor and parts. Mimaki Parts Plus+ includes parts and phone support, with billable labor and travel expenses.

For the JV/CJV330, the warranty is Mimaki Total Care for year one on the full device including labor. Years two and three are Mimaki Parts Plus+ covering all non-consumable parts. All three years cover print heads. This warranty is available for products shipped to customers in the United States and Canada.
